My name is Reda Ahlouche and I've been involved in the Health and Fitness field for over a decade. I received my Health and Fitness Certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer from The National Endurance and Sports Trainers Association.
I always understood how hard it is for some people to lose weight and how lonely it has been for them living in our society. With my professional help, coaching techniques, a well balanced diet plan, and a dynamic personalized exercise program, I gave those people a new lease in life by helping them achieve their ultimate goal in weight loss and pure happiness.
